In 2023, after returning to Portugal following 10 years in the UK, I realized I didn’t know many women in advertising.
And agencies are still male-dominated. This inspired me to create TheFside — a platform to connect and elevate women in the industry.
TheFside is also a bold "fuck you" to the misogyny ingrained in our industry. We're here to spotlight the incredible creative women shaping Portugal's landscape.
It has grown into a platform dedicated to raising awareness and educating on key issues like harassment, salary inequality, and pay transparency
